Vancouver, British Columbia — Vortex Energy Corp. (CSE: VRTX | OTC: VTECF | FRA: AA3) (“Vortex” or the “Company“)is pleased to announce that it has appointed Dave Bowen to the Board of Directors, effective May 24, 2023, to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Aman Parmar, who has stepped down from the Board.
Mr. Bowen is a self-employed corporate finance consultant and currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Reflex Advanced Materials Corp. From February 2018 to October 2019, he served as a research analyst with Capstone Asset Management and from July 2020 to November 2021 he served as a director for Traction Uranium Corp. With over 20 years of investment experience, Mr. Bowen has held roles as an Investment Advisor, Portfolio Manager, Quant Trader and programmer of related financial applications. Mr. Bowen holds a B. Sc. From the University of British Columbia.
